TeamSlide provides teams with easy access to their best PowerPoint slides, images, and videos. While most search tools allow you only to find files, TeamSlide’s technology gives you the ability to search, browse, and insert specific slides, images, and more. Further, TeamSlide works from within PowerPoint, providing you intuitive access to your assets where you need them.
How TeamSlide works
1. Connect to approved assets
TeamSlide connects with many content management systems, including SharePoint, OneDrive, Box, Google Drive, and Dropbox. Pick specific sites and folders and even pull in any metadata to include in TeamSlide.
TeamSlide ensures your content management system (CMS) remains your single source of truth. Rather than replacing your CMS, a tall task, TeamSlide augments its capabilities, giving users incredibly easy access to all your assets.
TeamSlide also supports single sign-on for easy, secure access with your corporate credentials.
2. Browse or search in PowerPoint
Browse or search for the slides or assets you need from your content system without even leaving PowerPoint. TeamSlide provides preview images or thumbnails of specific slides that users can click to insert into their presentation.
The search process considers all the text on a slide (including notes) and any configured metadata. Apply filters on metadata to narrow in on the specific slide, image, or video you need.
In addition, you can browse for assets by metadata or use our templates interface to get the latest on-brand layouts to build new presentations.
3. Stay up-to-date
Automated version control notifies your team when they have old slides in their deck. Update stale slides with a click, and rest assured your team’s decks are always up-to-date and compliant.
